Purchasing Tickets
At Cenla’s Elite Studio & Cheer Team, we strive to make the ticket purchasing process as seamless as possible for our valued customers. You can purchase tickets online through our official website, over the phone, or directly at our studio location.
Ticket Refunds and Exchanges
We understand that circumstances can change, and plans may need to be adjusted. If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased tickets, we provide a refund and exchange policy to accommodate these situations.
If you wish to receive a refund, please contact our customer service team at least 48 hours prior to the event. A processing fee may apply, and the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Transferring Tickets
